I became a massage therapist because I saw firsthand how massage helped my children with common childhood ailments like ear drainage and promoted healing for many tractor backs and hard-working ranchers. I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 1996 and started my own practice as a Neuromuscular Therapist. I am certified in level 1 Upledger Cranial Sacral and have experience working alongside Chiropractors and in a Physical Therapy setting. I love to treat hip problems with massage and cranial sacral techniques.  As a farm girl, I learned how to reduce pain in low backs and tractor necks. In my many years of experience, I have worked in a Physical Therapy department, nursing home settings, and chiropractic clinics. I have worked with runners at post-marathon events, helped rodeo cowboys get back up and go again, and treated professional football and baseball athletes as well as student-athletes in basketball, wrestling, football, and volleyball. I have treated children and adults with congestion in their ears (started with my own). I have taught new momma's how to massage their infants, helping with their baby's digestion, sleep, and general sense of well-being. I love what I do, and I value the power of touch.
