Vive! Therapeutic-Massage Therapist

I offer therapeutic massages (30-60-90-120 min) to clients who are experiencing chronic or recent pain/injuries. I incorporate a variety of techniques into my sessions in order to help with what is going on. I have experience helping with headaches, TMJ, back and neck pain, carpel tunnel and overall muscle soreness. I also educate my clients on the importance of massage therapy, why it is necessary to incorporate into one's health regime, and why certain muscles might be affected due to such things as posture, sleep positioning or muscle weakness/tightness. I also individualize each session because even though people might be experiencing similar discomforts, it might not be originating from the same area or for the same reason.

Cancer Wellness Center-Volunteer Therapist

I volunteer once a month where I provide complementary 30 min. massages to patients at the Cancer Wellness Center. I work within the individuals tolerance level and the massages are very personalized and a lighter touch. I also perform a detailed intake prior to the massages, so that I am aware of current and/or past treatments, medications as well as how they have been feeling.
