The human body can allow you to do great things; taking care of it is one step closer to greatness.

I graduated from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in the spring of 2016 certified in Sports, Neuromuscular therapy, and Hot Stones massage.  My focus is sports massage due to my athletic background and externship in the athletic department of the University of Michigan, but I have a passion for clinical massage as well.  I enjoy helping everyone live their life as comfortable and capable as they can by finding the athlete in everyone.

University of MIchigan Athletic Department-Student Massage Therapist

As part of my program at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy I had to complete a 70 hour externship at the University of Michigan. I worked on the student athletes formulating my massage techniques to their needs and muscle imbalances caused by their sport. I had the pleasure of working closely with the Women's Softball team, however, also worked with athletes from the Men and Women's Gymnastics team, Women's Water Polo team, Men and Women's Track and Field team, Men's Baseball team, Women's Lacrosse team, and Men and Women's Swim team, including some Olympic Swimmers that competed in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio.
