Massage Therapy
In 2008 I took a basic course in Craniosacral Therapy. With this technique, I learned to be still and listen to my client's body. With gentle holds on the balancing points of the head , spine, and sacrum, I use the rhythm of the spinal fluid to help restore alignment.
In 2010 I earned my Neuromuscular Therapist title. This was 70 hours of continuing education in which I learned about trigger points, their pain patterns and behaviors, orthopedic assessment, myofascial release, and active isolated stretching.
