I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute and since then have received my certification as a Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapist. I am trained and practice a variety of techniques based on client needs. I am trained in Basic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, and FST. I am also Reiki Level 1 Certified.
