Tamara was amazing. Very kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable and she gave me an excellent massage that had me feeling like a new woman afterwards. I couldn't remember the last time I felt that relaxed. It was everything I wanted it to be. Definitely would recommend Tamara!

Tamara did a great job at tailoring to my needs with health history and answering any questions I had. I really appreciated how she would also ask questions to make sure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

She intuitively guided my body through a series of gentle movements and stretches that activated different muscle groups and released tension in my joints.

Explained everything very well, went over all the steps and made me feel comfortable as a first timer. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. After the therapeutic massage I felt better then I have in awhile, also got feed back on my problem areas so I could correct them.
