At veridical therapies, I learned many different Massage and body work techniques, as well as ways to assess the body that have allowed me to be able to find and target the muscles or muscles groups that need work. I also learned how to create a relaxing “flow” during the massage that helps clients to relax.

I called and spoke with Grace, I explained I was having pretty severe pain in my right shoulder blade all the way down my right arm and numbness and burning sensations in my right hand. It was preventing me from being able to sleep. Grace recommended a neuromuscular massage, and OMG what a difference. It helped so much. My pain, numbness and burning feeling is not gone entirely, but I can say Grace helped me more then the almost 4yrs of physical therapy. I plan on making multiple visits to Grace, and hopefully after being worked on for some time, I feel as though she will help me become more comfortable.

Greyson maintains a clean, soothing environment. She listens to your goals and does what you want to accomplish for your massage. She is knowledgeable and has good technique, plus she is a lovely person with a calm demeanor.

Greyson has a super relaxing environment, and she was able to explain what muscles are super tense, along with recommending some exercises to loosen those muscles. The massage had the perfect amount of pressure, and I felt less tense afterwards.
