I love what I do. I love every bit of it. But most of all I love the fact that I can and am gratefully lucky to help people who live with chronic pain, heal from it.

If it is necessary, I can work with my client to do family therapy among body organs that are protesting something my client is doing in or with their life that the organs are not happy about.  Please remember that every cell in your body has both intelligence and frequently an opinion. 

I also offer hot stone therapy, therapeutic massage and Reiki.

If you'd like a special gift for a get together, I can also offer you a chair massage party at your home.  Whatever the occasion, chair massage can provide a gift of health and healing to your guests.  Sessions can be as short as 10 minutes each up to 30 minutes each.

I have worked with some highly respected massage therapists since I received my massage license. I have been regularly referred to when people come in with chronic or traumatic pain and am humbly grateful that the work I do can and does help people.

After 911 I worked briefly with the Massage Emergency Response Team of the AMTA in CT. We went into NYC and worked under the auspices of the Red Cross to offer chair massage and respite to the workers at the demolished towers. It was a life changing experience and I decided to learn Gestalt therapy and ultimately have a graduate degree in Marriage and Family therapy so that I could be a useful tool to help people who are recovering from trauma.
