Over the years I continued to improve my abilities and have become specialized in; Advanced Deep Tissue, Medical Massage Therapy, Structural Balancing, and I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I enjoy learning new things and continue improving and adding to my skill set.

Over the years I have worked in many professional environments including; resort spa, health, and chiropractic clinical settings in addition to my own private practice. I have had the opportunity to assist clients in achieving relaxation, increased mobility, and pain reduction. I have helped to facilitate recovery from behavioral postural distortion, injuries, surgery, illness, and cancer treatment. My touch is very intuitive, caring, nurturing and effective. I care about my clients and strive to do all in my power to facilitate individual goals and progress on their healing journey.
