Health Care has been in my Family for 2 generations.  I began with an interest in the Health field, initially with Physical Therapy, but found Athletic Training to be exciting and more interesting to me.  After graduating from Northeastern University in MA, my Life Chapters were being written.  Eventually, a balance between family and work was to be considered.

Massage found me with a gift certificate for a 60 min session.  This was my first Professional massage.  I knew, after that appointment, my knowledge of the body and how our muscles function that I should consider a career in Massage.  Instantly, I found my calling that resulted in positive results for me, my family, and my clients.


Since 1999, I continue to strive to understand body mechanics and how "our" every day activities are compromising our muscular frame.  I've learned that communicating with a client is essential to a successful Massage session, and that every "Body" differs from one another.
