Listened to what my issue was and focused on those areas with numerous types of massages and stretching to help alleviate the issue.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist myself, I’m often very picky and critical when I get a massage. I’m very impressed with Phillip, he has the makings of an amazing massage therapist.

I feel like he did not warm my muscles sufficient enough prior to performing deep tissue. And when some swedish was performed it felt like a swift brisking over. Felt no oil and did not check to see if I was okay throughout the 90 minutes. However, the deep tissue work was pretty good. I would add that if your going to do work around the spine to be careful about putting elbow on the spine because that is what happened during my session. Sorry such a negative comment I felt it was needed.

Tried a massage with Phil for the first time. He great strength and a unique style of very long movements that really relaxed my back. Professional and courteous. Even in the days of social distancing it felt very natural.
