Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Olivia graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. She spent some time as a personal trainer before deciding to pursue massage therapy.

Olivia is proficient in medical cupping, various stretching techniques, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and is level 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage certified and Level 1 Craniosacral certified.

Olivia joined the Hockey Development Staff for the Rochester Americans as team LMT for the 2025-2026 season. It has been a fun and busy season so far!
