I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for nearly 22 years. I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. My family and I have resided in the North Syracuse area for over 30 years. Since being licensed I have worked at Bodyworks Massage in North Syracuse. Over the years I have practiced many types of massage including Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Sports, Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone, Pre- and Post-natal, Raindrop Therapy, Reflexology, and Couples Massages....

I will be joining Kyle and his team at Hand in Health Massage Therapy at Rev Fit. I am excited to take ownership of my new business Hands, Heart, and Sole Massage Therapy.
