I have always been intrigued with the human body and how it all works. I started as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor in the 90's. I love to help people get strong mentally and physically and reach their ultimate fitness goals. During this time my muscles also needed therapy so I began to see a very special therapist who in turn became my mentor and friend. He was extremely helpful and explained everything perfectly. I loved his work so much that I decided to train in massage therapy...

I love to help people get strong mentally and physically and reach their ultimate fitness goals. During this time my muscles also needed therapy so I began to see a very special therapist who in turn became my mentor and friend. He was extremely helpful and explained everything perfectly. I loved his work so much that I decided to train in massage therapy.

I went to Spa Tech which is a therapeutic/holistic school. After graduation I worked for a chiropractor and performed injury/sports related work which involved trigger point therapy, Myofascial stretching and Deep Tissue Massage. I also worked at a few other massage places where I performed Swedish and relaxation massages. While working in the field I realized that my specialty is deep tissue and injury/sports related massage although I love to do it all and I continue to expand my knowledge.

Christin was amazing. She listened to my need/concerns and then prepared a plan to address them. The deep tissue massage brought relief I have not felt for the last 4 months. I am highly impressed by Christin's attentiveness, technique and caring and can't wait to get back!

Listens and Focuses on problem areas, uses extra tools necessary to get to the root of the muscle so to speak. (Cupping, hot stones, etc..)
