Instead, I turned to massage therapy, physical therapy, and chiropractic treatments. It took more than a year, but I was able to find a routine that mitigated the symptoms to the point of no pain or low pain... without steroids or surgery. Now I seek to help others explore non-pharmaceutical, non-surgical ways to address their own individual challenges.
I am a licensed and insured massage therapist, a scientist, and an educator. I use a variety of modalities in my practice including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, Reiki, and cupping to assist others on their journey towards a hardy, healthy, and hopeful lifestyle.
