I believe in preventive care, maintaining good health, rejuvenation, relaxation and stress relief through healing touch. I am educated and trained in therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, medical massage and other massage techniques, I am also certified to be a Doula. For clients with specific health related issues and injuries I offer individual attention to provide the proper treatment. Some of the specific therapeutic massage techniques are focused on treating sports injuries, fibromyalgia, and neuromuscular disorders, and may types of localized pain from everyday activities. I believe massage services should be reasonably priced to give my clients the ability to enjoy the benefits of massage on a regular basis, without paying the prices of an extravagant spa, where you are paying for the marble, glitz environment.
