Katie Metcalf, LMT was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

She graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 

the fall of 2008. In 2013, Katie graduated from the University of Iowa with her bachelors in Business Management and a focus in Entrepreneurship.


For the first six years of her career she worked for an AVEDA salon & spa where she grew both professionally and personally. In 2015, Katie decided to open her own practice.
