Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of Craniosacral Therapy—an integrative approach that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional wellness. From the framework of Craniosacral Therapy, I've developed my own signature treatment, intuitively crafted to instigate meaningful change and restoration, addressing chronic issues comprehensively. My belief in this therapy is deeply rooted, having experienced its profound impact not only in my clients' lives but also in my own journey of personal recovery from physical and emotional trauma.

HEALING CONVERSATIONS WITH KRISTINE
Additionally, I host a donation-based support group via Zoom, called “Healing Conversations with Kristine”. These sessions are open to all, ensuring that healing is within reach for everyone. ABOUT ME
When I'm not working with clients and groups, you can find me enjoying activities that feed my soul. I love playing clarinet with the Sequoia Winds at College of Sequoias, letting my inner child out to play while roller skating, exploring the unknown via everything from scuba diving to journeywork, creating intuitive artwork, enjoying community through recreational sports, cuddling and sharing love and laughter with my four daughters, or chasing sunsets and sunrises while healing in nature.
