Kamara is an intuitive empath and healer who works for God, healing the collective. She has been healing throughout many lifetimes, but began healing this life cycle in 2017.


Upon completion of Kamara’s first massage program at National Holistic Institute - Studio City, CA, she followed up with a completion of an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program at the same school. She also studied for 2 years under 2 shamanas and a shaman and learned spiritual aspects of healing that she utilizes to assist in her work.


Shortly after graduation, Kamara began working for Fox NFL sports reporter, Jay Glazer, at his private, performance facility, Unbreakable Performance Center. Here she worked on Hollywood’s elite and professional athletes, such as NFL’s Luke Willson, Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, and Arthur Maulet, 2X Olympian - Mark Henry, actors -Tom Welling and Jesse Metcalfe, music artists OT Genasis, Wiz Khalifa, and many more! When not working, Kamara followed up with a completion of an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program at the same school. She started her own practice under the company Knead Deep Healing, where she picked up clients such as Jake Paul (professional boxer), ex NFL player - Jerry Housey, actress - Elizabeth Whitson, anonymous band - TWRP and Netflix CMO - Bozoma Saint John to name a few. Kamara’s resume speaks for itself with its distinguished list of high profile clientele. Kamara still travels and works with a multitude of her clients as they have become like family that she offers nurturing and healing to.




Kamara uses myofascial release and trigger point therapy in conjunction with breathwork as a holistic approach to treating musculoskeletal disorders, decreasing the body’s density levels, and releasing pain, trauma, and stored emotions from the body. Her approach is both metaphysical and physical. She picks up on where your body is storing stagnant energy through her intuition and the body’s heat signatures and then uses firm, sustained pressure to penetrate the fascia. While sustaining pressure, she then listens to the body to determine where, when and how the fascia wants to release and follows its orders.
