Brian Ramisch

We are designed to evolve, change is our natural state. Movement is health; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Brian graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1998 with a degree in fine art. Soon afterward he moved to Texas where he began studying Hakkoryu Jujutsu and bicycling everywhere. His martial arts practice introduced him to concepts which ignited his fascination with the body and the mechanics of movement as well as different traditions of meditation and self-transformation.

After spending a few years as an artist living in both Austin and Philadelphia, Brian landed in Los Angeles. He committed himself to a daily meditating practice and began to feel tangible improvements in managing the chronic headaches and debilitating depression which had plagued him since early life. As his depression began to lift, a desire to be of service formed, and the way of the healer opened up before him. He started practicing Reiki energy healing, and soon after enrolled in the National Holistic Institute, beginning his career as a massage therapist. In 2012 he received his degree as a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator as well as his Reiki Master attunement.

He has studied in the Cadaver Lab at CSUN's Physical Therapy department and completed CranioSacral Therapy I and II and SomatoEmotional Release I and II at the Upledger Institute and continues to expand his knowledge of human physical and energetic anatomy. He maintains his physical and mental health through daily meditation, jujutsu and yoga practice, cycling, spending as much time in nature as possible, and getting bodywork at least once a week.

He is fascinated by the body-mind-spirit connection, and is awed by our body's inner wisdom and it's natural power to heal itself. His healing philosophy and treatment protocol have evolved to assist this natural ability in his clients. He is grateful to have had the opportunity to work with many wonderful mentors, teachers, and clients, and specializes in treating individuals with Chronic Pain, Headaches and Migraines, TMJ Disorders, Depression, and Anxiety.
