Hi! In addition to a licensed massage therapist,  I am also a certified Rieki Master, as well as a certified Level 1 & 2 EFT Practitioner. 

I came to bodywork after 14 years of retail loss prevention.  Although I enjoyed and was fulfilled by the responsibilities of the job, I was no longer enjoying the politics of the retail industry.  I was, quite frankly, tired of jumping through hoops to attain recognition and advancement in my employment.

Still wanting to work in an environment that allowed me to be of service to others in some capacity and not knowing where to turn, I embarked on a journey of self awareness and self healing.  I attended the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine, got certified as a Reiki Master and became a Certified Level 1 & 2 EFT Practitioner. (the emotional freedom technique or tapping for short)  Then I fell into massage and have been enjoying the journey of learning about the physical body.  By combining massage and energy work, I am able to assist my clients in healing on many different levels, both physical and energetic.

I have learned over the years to tap into my intuition and let it guide me through my sessions with clients.  In this way, I can be completely outside the situation but still provide all the support and healing that is necessary at that time.
