Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. -Leo Buscaglia-

I went through my own health issues. After getting much better, I wanted to share the way our bodies want to heal themselves. After some searching in which ways felt best to me I came to Massage Therapy. I have loved this career from the start and look forward to serving my clients for years to come.

I completed the Massage Therapy program at Lincoln College in 2015 with a 4.0 in all areas of study. After completing the program, I worked closely with a chiropractor addressing pain relief from injury, stress, and anxiety for almost two years. I continue to study the fields of massage, have over 740 hours of education completed, and have taken numerous specialty courses, including classes in Full Body Chair Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Stretching, and many types of Trigger Point work. I am certified in the Niel Asher Trigger Point Release Technique. I believe in the body’s wonderful way of protecting and healing itself. I enjoy working with his clients to achieve their best health by providing superior service tailored to their specific needs.

I will talk to you before the session to make sure I understand where the issue is and your goals. I make sure you have all your questions answered before we start any work.

When choosing a massage therapist, I always give the following advice:

  • Think about what you want most out of your time. Some just want a time to relax. That is great. If there is an issue, such as pain, let the therapist know how long you have been dealing with the issue and, if you know, how it came about (such as a fall).
  • Make sure you let the person you are working with know anything that will make you most comfortable and relaxed. This is most important DURING the session. If there is a spot that is tender, let them know to ease off a bit or move to another area. If they are in an area that would feel best with a bit more time or pressure, let them know that too!
  • Make sure you are as comfortable with the person you are working with as possible. There is nothing wrong with having preferences, whether that is a type of person, gender, or age. The more comfortable you are with your therapist, the more you can relax and let go. The more that happens, the better the massage.

My sessions usually follow the following price range:

  • 30 Minutes - $35
  • 45 Minutes - $50
  • 60 Minutes - $65
  • 90 Minutes - $90
  • Chair Massage is $10 for the first 10 Minutes, $1.50 for each minute after.
