Assisting all bodies in discovery of resonant health

After 2 years of working on a wonderful team at Allied Health Group as a chiropractic assistant in the physical therapy department, I fell in love with the human body, the intricacies, the abilities to thrive and the ability to degrade at a rapid speed if proper maintenance and care is not taken. (These days it is easy to spend more time in traffic or picking out the rite refrigerator, than spend a small amount of focused time with endless benefits for our overall health).

The next step was massage therapy school! I wanted to be introduced to the widest range of healing modalities, receive excellent hands on training and professional clinic experience with a wide variety of instructors, while learning in a meditative environment. The Center for Massage and Natural Health, nestled in the beautiful Smoky Mountains in North Carolina provided all of this!! Being the flat-land Bloomington/Normal native I am, returned home to continue providing education on natural heath care alternatives to those in my community. 

I absolutely love the fact that massage has been used for centuries to alleviate pain and increase quality of life.  At Resonate Source Massage I am able to incorporate an age-old healing art into the new age world of modern medicine to find the best integration between allopathic treatment and natural health care alternatives.

What is so beautiful about massage in our culture to me is, whether massage is used to alleviate symptoms of a modern medical approach, as a preventive measure, and/or main therapeutic approach, massage is simply the best non-invasive measure you can take to lead a more happy, healthy, mobile, de-stressed lifestyle. :)

When I am not giving massage I enjoy reading, hiking, yoga, glassblowing, traveling, and OF COURSE RECIEVING MASSAGE!:)
