I received my massage therapy training from Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated in 1995.  After graduation I worked in Lincoln for a year and then married my husband and we moved to Norfolk and took over Body Kneads in 1996.  I specialize in  Swedish , deep tissue and hot stones massage.  My husband and I have two kids, so in my free time I enjoy attending their activities, gardening, walking, yoga, and bike rides with my husband.
