I have a deep respect for the need to balance activity with rest to allow the body time to heal and return to wellness. I value building strong relationships with my clients so that I understand your needs and goals not only from a physical perspective, but from mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives as well. I practice Massage Therapy from a place of heartfelt presence. I am licensed to practice Massage Therapy in Connecticut, and graduated from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2013.
