I had a very tense neck and lower back pain when I arrived. After Clay worked on those errors the pain and stiffness melted away. He is a excellent caring professional. I always leave feeling alot better. I would recommend to him any of my friends.

Clay is such an amazing massage therapist. As a massage therapist myself, I can be pretty specific about what I need worked on, and he always makes sure to cover everything. I love that he truly takes his time with you, and by the end of the session you feel so relaxed you don’t even want to get off the table. He puts me to sleep every single time, which to me is a great sign that my body is getting exactly what it needs. His work really helps reset the nervous system, and I always leave feeling calm, grounded, and well taken care of.

Deep tissue massage felt amazing! It was a relaxing experience, Clay was open and personable, asked a few clarifying questions, and made me feel at ease. Spent time on problem areas and helped stretch out the tight muscles in me neck causing headaches. Will be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
