I studied Esthetics at Central Carolina Community in Sanford, NC and in June I received my license as an Esthetician! Hannah answered all my questions with ease and great detail. She even made sure several times during our session to ensure I experienced the most positive experience possible. Since, I do have a slight disability issue that involves a spinal stimulator in my back it is sometimes uncomfortable to lay down, Hannah made sure to address that issue without me having to do or say anything about that to her, by simply placing a wedge under my knees. She also noticed that I use a cane and she placed a small stool, for my convenience, so I could lift myself up easily onto the table. Small acts of kindness take no time at all but make such an impact on how a person feels and responds towards another, especially when it happens to be their first time interacting with that person and with that particular experience. I had never gotten a professional facial before. This is something that I would definitely consider doing again for myself ONlY because of the extra steps Hannah took in caring for me, explaining different types of facials with the benefits, and most of all her patients with me and my disability.It was most sincerely appreciated.
