I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2009, where I completed six hundred plus hours of education, hands-on training, specialized techniques, and clinical training. I also studied and am certified in personal training. My work consists of many therapeutic techniques including deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release, trigger points, and muscle mechanics.
