Being a certified massage therapist since 1998, I have worked with chiropractors, physical therapists, plastic surgeons, fitness centers, and now own my own business. As massage therapy instructor since 2000, I developed the curriculum for Medical Careers Institute's massage therapy program and have helped to certified numerous therapists.

 I am a Master Medical Massage therapist, Reiki Master, 1 of the few Lypossage practitioners in Hampton Roads, Certified Prenatal Massage therapist, and I developed the massage technique Core Wave Balancing.

I enjoy seeing my clients leave feeling healthier and happier than when they came in. I use a form of bio energy feedback to "listen" to the body and adapt the massage to the clients' specific needs.  It has been my goal to combine various forms of health care to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.  I will consult with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, naturopathic and holistic doctors, and other therapists, as needed, to ensure the best possible care.
