A Body Needs massage!

I am a mobile health practitioner that brings the best of massage, stretching and exercise to your location.
I meet your needs with over 20 years experience.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Athletic Trainer I begin with an easy evaluation of the musculoskeletal system, your experiences of activities, injuries and desires.
Like so many professional athletes I have worked with, a goal is kept in mind and a plan to help you achieve the best of  health and wellness.

Notable Experiences

Coaching
Beach Volleyball Coach
Played professional Beach Volleyball for 4.5 years until 1997 when I had a devastating abdominal injury. As a player I coached and trained young athletes in So. California in the inner cities
Fitness
Beach Volleyball Coach & training
Privately and small groups of athletes interested in developing their skills. I used the in depth anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to help to train. Today I love the challenge of help people get the desired results by using kinesiology to unlock their potential in movement.
Spa
Massage Therapist
Worked at a 5-star resort that honed me into a better service provider. Enjoyed learning body treatments and now offer them to private clients for special occassions and donations to raise money for causes.
Hair
Barber/Manager
Managed and was a barber at the family business. The education of barbering focuses on the head and is like sculpture. I truly can help others "head to toe".
Chiropractic
Massage Therapist/ Physical Therapist Aide
I have worked with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Orthopedic Doctors. The education and the experience I gained from these three disciplines has been invaluable, helpful, and complementary to my development as a therapist.
