Mask will be provided if you do not already have one

Call or text upon arrival to have your temperature taken outside

Hand sanitizer is available when entering and exiting the room

Facial massage is prohibited at this time


If you develop cold or flu-like symptoms

or test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks

of your session, contact me as soon as possible

Notification to the Board of Health is required and

I am required to self...
