I have been practicing massage therapy since 2004. In 1999 I began my journey in holistic wellness when I enrolled in a Reflexology course in London, England. After moving to the States in 2003 I started Massage Therapy school in Evansville, Indiana. I continue to learn new techniques and enjoy applying them in my practice every day. I try and integrate all my massage knowledge in each session, combining therapeutic work with deeply relaxing work. I look forward to working with you.

Myoskeletal Alignment

I have completed three workshops in M.A.T, the first in OKC with Erik Dalton, one in Nashville TN, with Paul Kelly and also Memphis TN with Paul Kelly. I have also completed one home study and am currently completing one more. I am drawn to these techniques in improving posture, gait, performance and relieving pain. In our society where everyone is looking down at their 'devices' these techniques are crucial for full body alignment and proper function.
