Kristy Carlson is a licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.  She is passionate about health and wellness and loves to help others feel their best!  Kristy specializes in a detailed technique that assesses posture and gait and incorporates massage with stretching and vibration to reduce and eliminate trigger points to restore mobility in joints and reduce pain.  This technique focuses on one specific area of the body that is causing pain.  Pain can be greatly reduced and even eliminated in just one session.  Follow up sessions may be needed but individualized at home stretches and exercises are provided to help prevent the recurrence of pain.  With this bodywork, Kristy has had much success in relieving many aches and pains.  She is also skilled in other modalities such as Swedish, myofascial release, cupping, and deep tissue.

Kristy's level of knowledge of human anatomy and the skill to help heal with her hands is top notch. I have a few very challenging issues and I always feel listened to. The facility is clean. Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend her.
