I am Kimberly Shahan, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I graduated from  The Academy of Massage and Bodywork, in Bear, DE. in 2014. I am nationally certified and licensed in Delaware. I studied Reiki, Level I and Level II under Master Brenda Irwin and then at Master level under Master Kerri Sullivan. I have taken over 250 hours of continuing education in massage therapy. I am constantly consuming content from other talented energy and body workers, attending workshops and reading on energy and body work. Most recently I am beginning to learn about becoming certified as a Trauma Informed Practitioner. I am trained in Neuromuscular Therapy, swedish massage, and deep tissue massage. I love working with heated bamboo and the Fascia Blaster products. I formerly owned Brandywine Bodywork in North Wilmington, until 2019. Post pandemic I began working in Chiropractic Massage with various Chiropractic offices in Delaware until 2023 when I began working at Limestone Therapeutic Massage where I enjoy providing therapeutic services, including Workers Comp and Motor Vehicle Accidents (for which I'm certified with the State of Delaware).

Beginning in April of 2024 I will be offering more of my energy working services with a talented group of practioners, at The Three Peaces. As an energy worker, I enjoy helping my clients find balance and providing spiritual support by assisting clients to uncover their potential and embrace their personal power by removing blocks that prevent them from the pursuit of this purpose and providing ideas and projects that can help them become more balanced and passionate people. Later this spring I hope to host a few workshops at The Three Peaces.

I was born in Dayton, Ohio but have lived my whole life in Delaware. I lived in North Wilmington/Bellefonte for 30 years with my late husband Bill Shahan, Jr. We raised 3 beautiful daughters and share 8 grandchildren. Currently I enjoy spending time with my daughters and grandchildren here in Delaware. Several times a year I travel to spend time with my daughter, her husband and their pack in Naples, Florida. I enjoy being outdoors most of the time, kayaking and hiking are things I love and rarely get to do. I am passionate about music and movement!
