The Journey

Hayley holds deep gratitude for the teachers who have shown up in many forms along the way.

She studied in the two-year massage program at FLCC and received her NYS Massage Therapy License in 2020. This led her to open her own practice, and soon after she received Usui Reiki 1 & 2 attunements from her grandmother, Libby. When it was time to grow again, she was divinely led to Pamela (Circle of Spirit), where she received her Usui Reiki Master attunement. Around then, she moved her practice to Canandaigua, NY, and a few years later landed at Amazing MBS Center, which offered fresh perspective and true change.

In August 2024, Hayley was guided to a week-long sound and bodywork training in Woodstock, NY, with Onetone Sonic Alchemy. It was the pivot of momentum that reminded her of the importance of living in alignment. Life has a way of putting exactly what we need right in front of us, to drop us deeper into evolution.

Through shamanic healings, teachings, and like-minded community, a subtle pull to walk this path grew stronger. In April 2025 she took a step in that direction, which led to her Level 1 & 2 Shamanic Reiki attunements in March 2026 through Shamanic Reiki Worldwide with Lisa (The Shamans Hart & Tarot).

As a bodyworker, it has become clear to Hayley how deeply connected the body, mind, and soul are, and how central the nervous system is. Studying Cranial Sacral 1 with the Upledger Institute deepened her awareness of the body's natural healing ability when we land in stillness and listen to what our system is telling us.

The journey has held intense yet necessary lessons, and integration remains a vital, ever-evolving layer. Hayley is on a continuous learning journey, one that creates possibility and support in the work she offers you on your unique path.
