Massage Therapist

I received my NYS Cosmetology license in 2018. I Graduated from my Two Year (1000 hour) massage program in June 2020 at Finger Lakes Community College. I opened my own wellness practice in January 2021. In April 2021 I obtained my Yoga Instructor Certification. I received my first and second Reiki attunements in July 2021. I received my Cupping Therapy Certification in September 2021. I received my Master Teacher Level Reiki Attunement in June 2023. My modalities are broad, but I specialize in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. I customize every session based on my clients concerns and medical needs.

Hayley is an amazing and intuitive massage therapist! I was having such a challenging time with tension in my shoulders and neck before seeing her. She used gentle techniques to relieve the tension and I left the appointment feeling so much lighter and rejuvenated! A few days post massage, I am completely pain free and feeling better than I have in weeks. Hayley is truly gifted!
