Yves has helped me on my journey to restored health following 2 years of 4 total joint replacements and 2 other joint clean ups. In the process we have improved my range of motion and strength; my mobility and balance and eliminated occasional bouts of vertigo. Massage by Yves is combined with resistance training by Fred Jones at First Action Fitness and the 2 together are changing everything for me. Yves is the best massage therapist I've been to. She takes the time to do a thorough evaluation before ever beginning to treat you. She listens attentively and responds to your specific needs. She definitely realizes all clients are different and never generalizes her advice or treatment. She is thoughtful, engaging, professional and very caring. You've got to give her a try!
