I am a New York State Board licensed massage therapist with nearly a decade of experience. I received my training at Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City. After graduating, I practiced out of a prominent downtown physical therapy clinic treating a diverse clientele for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. I’ve since established myself privately, allowing for a more one-on-one relationship with clients.

Receiving massage and bodywork was an integral part of my own journey towards embodiment and personal integration. It was these experiences that inspired me to study massage and become a practitioner myself so that I can share these benefits with others. Since then, my passion for massage has only grown, and I continue to find great joy in my opportunity to treat others.
When not practicing bodywork, I enjoy playing piano, practicing yoga, boxing, and exploring New York City.
