It is with great pleasure to care for clients using a toolbox of modalities from an Eastern and Western perspective such as Myofascial Release, Reiki, Visceral Manipulation, Medical Massage, Acupressure, and Reflexology—practices I regularly fine-tune and expand to this day.

For those interested in the credentials. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, a 2006 graduate of the Swedish Institute of NYC; certified in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, Infant Massage Education; a DONA trained birth doula; a Cooperative Childbirth Educator certified through the CEA/MNY; and utilize my past life in Packaging and Branding as a guide to filter through consumer noise for you to make conscious, educated, and informed decisions.

I am comfortable and experienced working in environments such as hospitals, VNSNY Hospice and Palliative Care, schools, yoga wellness centers, corporate, and people’s homes.

My office is located in 5 Point Physical Therapy in Chelsea, NYC where I collaborate with other healthcare practitioners that specialize in pelvic health, acupuncture, pilates, and movement.
