Massage therapy
Actually I started learning massage therapy as early as 2015, and I got licensed in 2019, instead of 2021, an error needs to be corrected. As a massage therapist, I have been offering my treatments for various clients. Also as a massage therapist, I received numerous sessions from peers as well. The only suggestion I am giving here is, if you need to get massage session, get it from someone who is licensed, over which your health and safety is guaranteed first, then therapeutic effect follows. As there are so many techniques in massage therapy, discuss your goal with your therapist at the very beginning. Therapeutic massage therapy has been utilized for thousands of years. Developed on the basis of human anatomy and physiology, modern massage therapy glittering with scientific charm. From east to west, south to north, exchanging between different cultures and schools enriches this particular health professionals. To be honest, continuing education and life long learning is the only way to keep a therapist refreshed in this fast forward moving society. Of course, if you just looking for so called “backrub”, your stereotypical conception may limit your understanding of massage therapy. Undeniably, some people who are haphephobic may not enjoy the benefits of massage therapy at all. I have being trained in sports massage, Swedish massage, Shiatsu and hot stone massage, as well as massage for cancer patients. Thank you for your reading and I am looking forward to seeing you.
