Hi all!

Thanks for reading my profile. I'm a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor and functional anatomy educator with over 20 years of experience working in physical therapy clinics, gyms, yoga studios, spas and private practice throughout the New York City area. I currently live in North Riverdale and am available to see clients in my apartment, at one of the studios that rent on the UWS or UES, or at your home in Lower Westchester, Riverdale, Inwood, Hudson Heights, Washington Heights and upper Manhattan.

I received an excellent education in massage therapy at the Swedish Institute, where I completed a comprehensive curriculum (over 1,200 hours!) in skeletal and myofasical anatomy, postural assessment, range of motion testing, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and treatment protocols for a variety of common injuries. A avid fan of continuing education, my goal is to always be learning and adding new tools to my repertoire in order to better serve my clients. I've completed additional certifications in neuromuscular therapy, clinical orthopedic manual therapy and prenatal massage, and am currently studying massage cupping therapy, Thai foot and hand reflexology, hot stone therapy and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage.
