I am a New York State Licensed and Board Certified massage therapist, offering skilled therapeutic bodywork to people seeking chronic or acute pain relief, relaxation, increased flexibility, or overall well-being. I have extensive bodywork experience and hold advanced certifications in sports, medical, and pre-natal massage.

My work is client-centered, and my treatments are created to meet my client’s specific goals. A thorough health history and consultation is done before the first session, free of charge, in order to figure out how to proceed with a personalized treatment plan. My massage work is conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan (in the Gramercy / Stuyvesant / Union Square area). In addition, I offer client-specific corrective exercises and stretches that can be performed in between sessions in order to maximize the therapeutic effects of the treatment.
