As a lifelong athlete and equestrian my interest in improving and prolonging athletic performance was the driving force in pursuing a career in massage therapy. I believe bodywork is necessary to maintain overall health and should not be viewed as a luxury. Self care is one of the best ways to prevent physical and mental burnout. I strive to expand my knowledge and skills of massage, nutrition, and holistic healing by attending continuing education classes and seminars on a regular basis.
