Her therapeutic massage specialties include Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage as well as Restorative Bodywork, which fuses massage and yoga therapy to assist clients with alignment issues and patterns of holding in their bodies. Kristine also offers Spa Services such as Ayurvedic Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology for clients who wish to take a break from their day and pamper themselves at rates lower than most spas in the area.

My husband had a massage with Kristine a few weeks ago and wouldn't stop talking about his wonderful experience so I had to try it for myself. Kristine is amazing! I have had many massages in the past and I have to say this was the best massage by far. I highly recommend her service.

Kristine's office is an absolutely gorgeous little space; she's managed to take an otherwise cookie cutter space and infuse it with all the comfort and relaxation of a cozy, home den. A great variety of pink himalayan salt lamps, lanterns, and twinkle lights, creates a sense of calm. Such warm, diffused lighting provides a welcome break from the florescent lighting so common in our daily lives. Kristine is exceptionally skilled, her treatments have always left me with an immense sense of wellbeing. I have been greatly satisfied with her ability to address my various ailments. I am also pleased to have found a professional, with her level of skill, who utilizes all natural products. Aroma therapy is a standard in her treatment sessions. Kristine's combination of skin-safe essential oils with food grade coconut oil has left my skin feeling much healthier. I love Kristine's friendly demeanour, and genuineness. She is an incredibly honest and kind woman who has never left me feeling like 'just another client'. I highly recommend Kristine's services!

Great experience from initial contact/booking to when I left. Kristine even checked in with me the next day to see how I was feeling after my massage. The studio is nice and relaxing and her massage was the perfect way to end my stressful work week!
