My massage is a very slow and methodical routine that I can customize to your needs. I can help you de-stress and wind down after a hectic day. I also love to do therapeutic work aka “fixing” that problem area, whether it is your neck, back and shoulders, if you have sciatica issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar faciitis, or headaches. My hand, foot and scalp massage is awesome and is ultra-relaxing. I also like to incorporate hot towels and essential oils for aromatherapy.

I try to empathize or put myself in your position in order to troubleshoot thru my research, knowledge and experience. I work with my heart on my sleeve and work hard to make your experience a healing and relaxing experience.
