Since 1993, I have helped people to relieve stress, decrease muscle pain, increase range of motion, recover from injuries and surgeries and integrate the body, mind, and, spirit with massage therapy. 

I use a wide range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy (NMT), myofascial release, massage cupping and warm stone, to customize each treatment to the client's individual needs, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from your massage.
