Hi I'm Taylor Tidwell, both a Licensed Louisiana Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. I have been diving into the practices of yoga and massage for many years. I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2013 and soon after found the connection to massage and bodywork. After completing a local massage program in 2014, I left on pilgrimage where I spent many months in Asia studying Thai massage, meditation, and yoga. As I've refined my skills over the years, my practice has also evolved to include a keen interest in the traditional medicines of Ayurveda.These modalities on offer have been practiced for centuries and their efficacies well documented.
