Autum really knows the body. I can feel her assessing the situation and trying to figure out the source of my pain/tension all the while getting an enjoyable massage. I feel immediate relief so I know she is on the right track.

Autum is very professional and knows how to get to the heart of what is bothering you. I love that she is patient and answers my questions and explains basically how the body works when it comes to pain and musculature. I highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with pain from repetitive work injuries.
