There are things in life that affect us, that hold us back, and can be manifested through mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual signs and symptoms. Lindsey also targets the immune system to respond in very specific ways to aide in overall health recovery. She calls her massage style "Lifestyle Specialist" because of the mix and match modalities used in any one massage session. There are no cookie cutter massages here!

These days she is also teaching massage therapists continuing education. She teaches things like cupping, hydrotherapy, pre-natal, TMJ, and is always adding new classes!
