My name is Catherine Ould. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 7 years. I am a Certified Reiki Master for 13 years (since 2003). I have training in Reflexology (applying pressure to areas of the feet for relaxation and stress reduction), Craniosacral Therapy (a form of Bodywork that uses gentle touch on the cranial bones to examine membranes and movement of fluid in and around the Cranium), and Aromatherapy (the use of Essential Oils to promote health and wellbeing).
