The reason I started this business has been a journey of discovering I am a healer, a kinesthetic soother who loves to connect with people wherever they are on their path and help bring them deeper into their own healing and well Being. It's a wonderful thing when you are able to do what you love to do. I can help with your imbalances in your body, mind and spirit. Typically a session will gently calm your nervous system, allowing you to drop into a deep state of intense relaxation and increased well being. Together we will assess the areas that need the most attention and customize your session to relieve your stress and alleviate your pain and bring a sense of lightness, increased range of motion, greater flexibility and recreate a balanced awareness of well being in your mind, body and spirit. The various modalities I am able to employ are typically very effective at improving any kind of pain in in the body including the common areas holding stress, the head, neck, shoulders, upper, mid and low back, the hips and gluteus muscles, upper and lower legs, and feet. We will not however be limited to just those areas and will work on wherever the pain is manifesting in your body. Even if you have little or no pain coming in to the session you will feel better coming out. I work at a number of different locations with my main office being located at 1388 Court St. Suite A-2 Redding, CA. I'm there Fridays to Sundays. I share this beautiful space with Body Alive and Pain Management. I work at Radiant Sun Acupunture on Thursdays exclusively doing massage for clients of that practice. During the week I will travel to your home or business within a 50 mile radius around Redding CA (additional fee may apply) or you can book a session at my residence. There is ample parking at all locations mentioned. I care about your well being and I feel like the most important thing you can do for yourself is to make some time for self care.
